FDM printing is much stronger than resin and sacrifices some surface quality. If you want to drive hard and take larger falls it's the choice for you. If you want a beautiful scale model you can drive reasonably then I prefer resin.
FDM bodies are printed in two pieces and will need to be glued, resin are a one piece print.
